"I have loved living in this flat for the past 10 years. The biggest pull for me to India drive was that it's so close to all the local essentials shops, schools, the local pub and bus stops within walking distance and Bishopton train station just a few minutes drive, but it has such an open outlook it feels like you are in the countryside with views over the fields to Inchinnan. The flat has large, spacious rooms and the luxury of an en suite in the master bedroom was an added bonus. For a flat to have your own staircase and private entrance was also a great pull as you feel so safe and secure in your property. One of our new favourite things is wildlife spotting during the pandemic, regularly seeing deer, buzzards and herons from the bedroom window. I will leave India drive with a heavy heart and wish the new owners the best of times in this great property"
