Why Choose New Door Estate Agents

New Door Estate Agents is an independent, family-run estate agency established in Bishopton in 2015 by Lorraine Rhodick.

With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Lorraine has worked across new-build developments, estate agency and lettings, including helping to establish a successful estate agency in the South of England.

After returning to Bishopton, Lorraine's own experience with local estate agents highlighted an opportunity to do things differently. New Door was created with a simple belief: selling your home should be straightforward, with honest advice, clear pricing and a personal service from beginning to end.

Today, Lorraine works alongside her son Euan, continuing to offer the personal approach that New Door was built on.

So, what makes New Door different?

We're not a large corporate agency, and we don't want to be. We're a family business that believes every home and every client deserves individual attention.

We offer fixed-fee selling options, with your Home Report included, no upfront costs and our fee payable on completion. No unexpected extras, just a clear understanding of what you're paying for.

Our local knowledge extends across Bishopton, Erskine, Renfrew, Paisley and the surrounding areas of Renfrewshire, helping homeowners make informed decisions about selling their homes.

We're proud to have been recognised at the ESTAS Awards, including Best in Renfrewshire 2025 and Best in Postcode 2026.

But what matters most to us is the trust our clients place in New Door. Much of our business comes from recommendations and returning customers, and our five-star reviews on Google and ESTAS reflect the experiences of the people we've helped.

Thinking about selling your home?

Whether you're ready to move or simply wondering what your home might be worth, we'd be delighted to help.
